17th annual Queer Women of Color Film Festival
Our 17th annual Queer Women of Color Film Festival is completely FREE, virtual, and available worldwide, June 11-13, 2021. Each screening will begin at 7pm PT and be completely livestreamed, from the films to the interactive Filmmaker Q&As. The Festival Focus “Molten Connections” premieres 19 films in 3 screenings and forges new relationships, awakens steadfast bonds of diaspora, and sparks a metamorphosis of love that withstands time. From Chumash ancestors who mapped the stars, to two older queer Latinas rekindling a geode of love, to QTBIPOC battling gentrification and displacement, these films resonate across generations and lay the cornerstone for change.
All films are Subtitled for the Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing, and ASL Interpretation and CART/live open captions will be provided for live, interactive filmmaker Q&As.Our Queer Women of Color Film Festival is always absolutely FREE of charge.
Please, only register for yourself. There is no cap on the number of attendees, and tickets will be available for the duration of the Film Festival.
